This page describes account and data deletion for the Konverge app (package com.konvergeapp). You do not need to sign in to this website to request deletion.
Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open Konverge and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion runs immediately and permanently. It cannot be undone.
Can’t access the app?
Email support@getkonverge.com from any address, including the phone number you signed up with in the message. We verify ownership of the number (we will send a code to it) and then run the same deletion, normally within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login (phone number) and profile, including your avatar.
- Any company workspaces you own, including all their projects, documents, photos, messages and records. Deletion of a workspace you own deletes it for every member, so export anything you need first.
- Your personal references inside workspaces owned by others are unlinked from your deleted login. Business records that belong to that company (for example audit trails and daily logs) remain with the company, and historical records may retain the display name they were created with: that is the company’s statutory record, no longer connected to any account. To have a name removed from another company’s records, contact that company or email us.
Timeline
Deletion from the live systems is immediate. Copies inside encrypted backups roll off automatically within 30 days. Crash diagnostics expire within 90 days.
