Pilot

The whole site, on the phone in your pocket.

Konverge is a site-management app for general contractors with 5 to 50 people on site. Full-resolution drawings, snags, daily logs, RFIs and change orders, and a copilot that drafts the paperwork and waits for you to confirm. It keeps working when the signal doesn’t.

One snag, start to finish.

Every screen here is the real app, on the demo site. Follow one snag from the riser to the daily log, without anyone sitting down at a desk.

  1. Site hub screen in Konverge
    07:42 · SITE HUB

    Spot it. Tap Snag.

The Site tab is the foreman’s desk: open snags, logs this week, incidents, and a quick-capture row. Photo, log, inspection, snag or note, one tap each. No signal in the riser? It queues.

  2. Snag #7 screen in Konverge
    07:44 · SNAG #7

Give it a trade, an owner and a date.

Priority, trade, assignee, due date and a note in the site’s own words. The same form works offline and syncs later.

  3. Snag list screen in Konverge
    07:50 · SNAG LIST

It lands on the sub’s list.

Every open snag, who owns it and when it is due; the unassigned ones sit at the top. The subcontractor sees theirs on their own phone, and never your costs.

  4. Copilot screen in Konverge
    09:10 · COPILOT

Ask what’s open. Get a list you can tap.

The copilot answers with a short summary and a list of records: each row opens the real snag. Ask it to draft the chase message and it proposes one; nothing sends until you confirm.

  5. Tasks screen in Konverge
    14:10 · TASKS

Closing out is a task with a date.

“Close out level 2 snags” sits in the task list with a priority and a due date, between the window-schedule approval and the scaffold strike. Tick it when the after photo is in.

  6. Daily log screen in Konverge
    17:00 · DAILY LOG

It’s in the diary and the report.

Weather, crew count and what was done, submitted for approval. The PM approves it from the train. The director sees the project stay green on the portfolio.

Everything in the app, labelled the way the app labels it.

Demo workspace

Drawings that open like a map, not a PDF.

An A0 sheet is pre-cut into tiles on our servers, so your phone only loads the part you’re looking at. Pan and zoom stay smooth because the phone never has to decode the whole sheet.

Markup
Pen, highlighter, arrows, revision clouds, stamps, text, and a measure tool you calibrate once per sheet.
Versions
Upload revision C and the pins carry over. Lay C over B with a slider to see what changed.
QR links
Print a QR code onto the site board. Scanning it opens the current revision, for signed-in members only.
Offline
Download a sheet or a whole folder. Pinned sheets are never evicted from the 500 MB cache.
Control
RFIs and approval workflows, ISO 19650 naming and CDE states, audit trail, access rules.

The copilot drafts. You confirm. Nothing writes itself.

Ask what’s overdue, what’s waiting on you, or what changed on level 3, and it answers with a short summary and a list of records you can tap. Ask it to do something and it proposes a draft. A person confirms every action, and the write runs through the same permission checks, audit log and offline queue as the manual screens.

Tier 1
Reversible single writes: a snag, a note, a task
One confirm card
Tier 2
Status changes, money, anything a client sees
Itemised, max 20, tick each one
Tier 3
Deletes and removing people
Red card, one item at a time

Powered by Google Gemini, server-side. Your content isn’t used to train anyone’s models, and you’re asked before the first use. If the copilot is unavailable, every manual path still works. How the copilot works →

Offline is a normal state, not an error.

The pill in the header tells you what the app is doing. Grey means you’re working without signal, which on a site is most of the time. Nothing you capture waits for a bar of 4G.

SyncedQueuedSyncingOffline
Records
Daily logs, snags, inspections, notes and photos queue on the phone and send when signal returns.
Photos
Copied into the app’s own storage the moment you take them, so deleting the gallery original doesn’t lose evidence.
Uploads
A drawing you start uploading in the van finishes uploading later, even after the app restarts.
Sheets
Download a sheet or a whole folder for offline. Pinned sheets stay until you unpin them.

Your company’s records stay your company’s.

These are business records. Here is where they live and who can touch them.

Hosting
Supabase on AWS in Ireland (eu-west-1). Documents, drawings and photos in private buckets, authorised per download.
Isolation
Every row is scoped to your company by Postgres row-level security, verified by a 402-assertion isolation suite, zero failures when last run in full (July 2026).
Sign-in
Phone number and SMS code. Biometric app lock on the device, separate from the session.
AI
Google Gemini, server-side, under terms that don’t train on your content. You consent in the app before first use. Your company can switch it off.
Deletion
Delete your account from Settings or by email. Live data goes immediately; backups roll off within 30 days.

Closed beta. Three to five contractors, starting now.

We’re putting Konverge on real sites before we put it on the store. Pilots run six to eight weeks on Android, free, with a permanent founding-customer discount afterwards.

Questions contractors ask first.

Does Konverge work with no signal?

Yes. Drawings you have downloaded open offline, and every record you capture queues on the phone and syncs when signal returns. The pill in the header shows which state you are in: synced, queued, syncing or offline.

Can the AI change my project without me?

No. The Konverge copilot proposes a draft and a person confirms it. Destructive actions need a separate red confirmation, one item at a time, and every confirmed action is written to the audit log.

Is there an iPhone version of Konverge?

Not yet. Pilots run on Android. iOS is planned during the beta, through TestFlight.

Will subcontractors see our costs?

Not unless you grant it. Financial figures are masked by default for field roles and external members, separately from whether they can see the screen at all.

What does Konverge cost?

Pilots are free. Paid plans will be per company, banded by how many people you have on site, with a 14-day trial at launch. Founding pilots keep a permanent discount. Prices are published at public launch.

Where is our data stored?

In the EU, on Supabase in Ireland (AWS eu-west-1). The full list of subprocessors, including Google Gemini for the AI copilot, is on the privacy page.
