Konverge is in closed beta on Android, revision 0.9. This page says what is live, what the beta is for, what has to be true before a public launch, and what comes after. It is the same plan we run the project from, without the internal ticket numbers.

- Change orders promoted to the supported tier (tests, server-side approval enforcement, device pass)
- Voice capture proven on site hardware and un-badged
- Documents: workflow approver picker and badge polish from pilot feedback
- Fixes from whatever the first site finds
Public launch gates
All must pass- Beta exit: three pilots ran a real project daily, crash-free ≥ 99.5%, at least one pilot says it would pay
- Per-company AI cost cap live
- Storage posture ratified in writing
- Load test re-run at 300–500 concurrent users
- Backup restore drill performed
- Service-layer tests on every supported module
- Per-company currency and format handling (UK + US)
- Over-the-air update channel so fixes do not wait on store review
After launch
Default order, revisable on signal- Promotion ladder: progress billing and invoices → estimates → procurement → leads & bids → equipment
- Accounting: QuickBooks Online and Xero export (the plumbing exists; OAuth is not wired yet)
- Owner / client portal (design done; read-only client home ships silently today)
- A web surface for office roles
- AI memory: the copilot learns from your corrections
- Localisation beyond English (Spanish is bundled; more languages on demand)
Dates are deliberately absent. The sequence is fixed; the pace depends on what pilots find. The changelog records what actually shipped, with dates.
