Does it integrate with QuickBooks or Xero?
Not yet. The plumbing for a one-way invoice push exists but is not live. Accounting integrations are on the post-launch roadmap.
Can I export to Excel?
The portfolio report exports to CSV, and it prints or saves to PDF. Estimates, logs, inspections and punch lists export to PDF today. Per-list spreadsheet export is not in the app yet; bulk document metadata can be imported from CSV or XLSX.
