Can I manage documents from a laptop?
Not yet. Konverge is mobile-only during the beta; a web surface is on the post-launch roadmap. Uploads from a phone can be whole folders.
How do RFIs get answered?
Whoever holds the ball records the official answer on the RFI. The thread keeps the discussion; the answer is what gets exported.
