Konverge for site teams and foremen
For labourers and foremen, Konverge is one orange button. Photograph it, log it, raise it, and get on with the job. Today shows the tasks for the day, the snags waiting on you and the sheets for your area, in a layout built for gloves, sun and no signal.

Weather, what was done, photos. Crew, labour hours and deliveries if you have them. Submit and it is on the PM’s phone.
Raise a snag from a photo
Shoot it, let the copilot draft it, confirm. Assign it to the sub with a due date. See it close with an after photo.
Read the drawing on the riser
The current revision, downloaded for the week, pans at full resolution with no signal. A pin shows where the problem is.
Run the inspection on the checklist
Pass, fail, N/A. The score updates as you go. A failed item can become a snag without retyping.

Against the project and cost code, so the timesheet is done before you leave site.

Does my crew need training?
The field layout is one clear thing to do per screen, with a getting-started tour you can replay from Settings. The aim is a first entry inside five minutes; pilots will tell us whether that holds.
What if there is no signal in the basement?
Carry on. Photos, logs, snags and notes queue on the phone. The grey pill in the header says Offline; it turns green when everything has synced.

We’re putting Konverge on real sites before we put it on the store. Pilots run six to eight weeks on Android, free, with a permanent founding-customer discount afterwards.
